Refund Policy
EmployersLawyer is a non-traditional law firm providing access to educational content, tools, resources, and HR support services.
​Because our services provide immediate access to proprietary digital content and platform features, all purchases are final, except as expressly stated below.

​Client Service Fees
Client service fees are non-refundable once access is granted. This policy applies to all client service levels, including Core, Premium, and Signature. If you cancel at any time, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.​
Webinars, Trainings, and Events
Fees paid for live or recorded webinars, trainings, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration. If an event is canceled by EmployersLawyer, registrants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at EmployersLawyer’s discretion.

Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that materially prevents your access to our client tools, please contact EmployersLawyer promptly. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access issues. Technical issues alone do not automatically entitle clients to a refund.
