Refund Policy

EmployersLawyer is a digital platform providing membership-based access to educational content, tools, resources, and employer support services.

Because our services provide immediate access to proprietary digital content and platform features, all purchases are final, except as expressly stated below.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted. This applies to monthly, annual, and promotional plans. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.

Webinars, Trainings, and Events

Fees paid for live or recorded webinars, trainings, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration. If an event is canceled by EmployersLawyer, registrants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at EmployersLawyer’s discretion.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that materially prevents access to purchased services, please contact EmployersLawyer promptly. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access issues. Technical issues alone do not automatically entitle users to a refund.
