How It Works
1. Hot Topic (30 min)
Joe and Jen open with a focused update on recent employment law developments and then dive into a timely issue or HR challenge.
2. Live Q&A (25 min)
Clients ask questions and receive real-time legal guidance, with the opportunity to pressure-test decisions before taking action.
3. Private Breakout (Premium & Signature)
Clients can meet individually with Joe or Jen in a confidential, privileged setting for more focused advice and counsel.
How to Use Office Hours
What’s happening now in workplace law—and where employers get it wrong.
Each session starts with a focused 30-minute rundown of recent developments and a timely HR issue, followed by live Q&A.
This is where real-time guidance comes into play. Bring the questions you don’t want to sit on. When something feels off. When you are about to make a call. When you need a second set of eyes before moving forward.
If you cannot attend live, the presentation portion is posted in The Library so you can stay current. The live Q&A is not recorded, which is what makes those sessions especially valuable.
Engage early. Get guidance before you act.
*Live access and Q&A: Premium and Signature.
Core clients receive the recording the next day.
